SHIPPING POLICY
Free UK delivery is included with all orders. I post all my jewellery by Royal Mail 1st class (UK 1-2 Business Days).

Worldwide postage outside of the UK is a set cost that covers full tracking and insurance.

PLEASE NOTE : Some items have a processing time of 3-4 days before they can be posted so please allow a 7 working day delivery window. If you require your item within 7 days of ordering please let me know and I will endeavour to get it to you in time.

All items come in recycled or recyclable boxes and packaging, including the stickers! They are packed in such a way as to be suitable for direct delivery to the recipient if your item is a gift.
RETURN POLICY
I am happy to return or exchange items if contacted within 14 days of purchase and the item returned within 30 days. If the replacement item is a lower value the difference will be returned in the form of a voucher. All return and extra delivery postage costs to be covered by the buyer. If items are not returned in their original condition exchanges will not be accepted.

Made to order rings are non-refundable as they are made to your exact size, returns will only be accepted on faulty items.

Earrings are non-refundable or exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

PLEASE NOTE: Bespoke and personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
